Bibles, funeral cards, photographs, post cards, commemorative plate and so on are an invaluable and unique addition to any family history archive. Sadly, over the generations many of these get lost. During our travels around Cornwall and in our out of County surveys we have made contacts with antique shops and second hand booksellers. As a result we are developing an archive of rescued family memorabilia. The items described in the following sections are all held safely by the Cornwall Inscriptions Project.
