Envelope 1 1878

This envelope (no letter inside) was address to Mrs W. Badcock, 44 Leskinnick Terrace, Penzance. It caught my eye because of the closeness of the flag to the St Piran flag and the term JACK. It refers to Jack-Tar rather than cousin Jack. It has a Queen Victoria Malta penny stamp and was posted in Valletta. Date obscure but must have been about 1901 shortly after the Queen died.
